On the international scientific meeting has been published 46 paper of which there were six introductory papers. From Institute of Agricultural Economics has been participated Phd Drago Cvijanović, Director of IAE, who had the introductory lectture and PhD Branko Mihailović, Research associate of IAE, who has reprezenting the paper: "Consulting as a model of learning and development factor of managerial abilities and skills" (Coauthors: PhD Branko Mihailović, Phd Drago Cvijanović and PhD Rajko Tepavac).
Conference theme has been chosen, it imposed the social circumstances in which is located Serbia, neighboring countries and the world at large. Despite the fact that the political, economic and social conditions in certain groups of countries differ, there is no doubt that it causes a number of common, global factors. Specifically, this scientific conference in the spotlight had an economic and social crisis in Serbia and the "global village", and will be until the world is permanently out of the crisis and embark on a path of stable economic and social progress, which will enjoy all the benefits citizens, while the power of science and ethics, and permanently establish its superiority over the sources of the crisis.
Presented papers at the conference indicate that the Serbia in some periods of its history followed a logic, sometimes in favor, sometimes to his own detriment. Something like that happened, it seems, and in recent history - even when it comes to transition, privatization etc.., development of financial markets. Serbia, for objective and subjective reasons, and the transition is late, up to catch up with other countries, privatize public property, often clumsy, sometimes under controlled and under, to say the least, unclear circumstances. The circumstances under which the transition is being implemented in Serbia and the way it is implemented privatization and other follow-up actions are entered to doubt that economic development is a logical flow, ie, that the nature of the same or similar to the one that follows economies of neighboring countries.
It may, on the basis of the above, perform one conclusion - that the capitalist social order in general is decades in the transition process, and that the transition countries of Central and Eastern Europe, just opened new facets of this global process.
